At EpicTextbooks, all products sold on our website are digital software licenses and electronic materials delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Once the product is delivered and access is provided, it is considered received by the customer.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted only in the following situations:
- The customer did not receive the license or download access after purchase.
- The access details provided are incorrect or incomplete.
- The software/digital textbook cannot be activated or accessed, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations

- The license or access was blocked due to misuse, sharing, or security violations.
